It is imperative that the administers and enforcers of The Spirit can be trusted to be beyond reproach and that can only be achieved by exemplary attentiveness to the structuring of the system to the certainty it is adept to ensure all persons involved are unbiased competent RESPONSIBLE and irreproachable with conviction and fortitude to the certainty that the path to TRUTH and JUSTICE is unobstructed with all laws consistent with the Constitution conducive to every individual's equal Charter rights to be equally governed, equally protected, equally benefited and equally punished when due.
